STANDARD TUITION
Weekly Total Hours Danced and Monthly Tuition for
2009-2010 Season.
To calculate your tution, take the number
of classes you have in each bracket and add the monthly rates together for
a total.
2009-2010 Season Tuition Rates
Registration Fee - $48 for the 1st student and $38 each additional family member.
1stmonth’s tuition due at Registration. EACH ADDITIONAL FAMILY MEMBER RECEIVES A 15% DISCOUNT on tuition
Theater fee due at registration $50/dancer (receive 4 tickets to recital)
Costume fee -- TBD/dancer/class (½ due Oct., ½ due Nov.)
(all fees paid w/ registration are non-refundabe)
- All classes are subject to time change or cancellation without prior notification
based on enrollment.
- Registration fees are non-refundable
- August tution is half of the monthly
rate.
- August tution, theater fees and all registration
fees are due at the time of enrollment. Both are non-refundable.
- Tuition is based on total hours
per family (not individual dancer)
- Tuition is based on a monthly rate
and is not pro-rated for missed classes or holidays
- Tuition is due on the first of
every month.
- Monthly invoices are NOT generated.
Please remember to send your payment each month so that is arrives by the
first.
- Late fees are assessed for payments
not received by the 10th of the month ($15).
- Tuition is not pro-rated
for classes missed or holidays.
PHWD Withdrawals & Make-up Classes
- PHWD should be notified two
weeks prior to dropping a class so that placement may be filled
from waiting list
- Partial and/or full refunds are
not given for missed or dropped classes
- Partial and/or full refunds are
not given for costume payments
- Make-up classes are allowed for
absences due to illness and other extenuating circumstances

PHWD to check for class availability and calculate your tuition and registration
fees.
> Last, fill out a registration form either at the studio or by e-mail and
begin your class(es).
Registration Fees for the August – May
Dance Season
$48 New PHWD Students
$38 Each Additional Family Member
(Registration fees & August tuition are due
upon enrollment to hold placement. Both are non-refundable.)

COSTUME FEES
Costumes are purchased from professional costume companies for the Worship Outreach recital. Costume fees apply for each dancer, each dance and each class. For example, if your dancer is in one dance, he/she will purchase one costume. Rates are published at the studio. Costumes become the property of the dancer.
Costume deposit (1/2) is due the first week in Oct.
$15 late fee if not paid by Oct. 10. Costume deposits are non-refundable.
Costume balance (2nd 1/2) is due the first week in Nov.
$15 late fee if not paid by Nov. 10. Costume payments are non-refundable for students who drop classes after Nov. 1.
Theatre Recital Fee
$50 per dancer due upon enrollment -
Includes 4 tickets to the end of season Worship Outreach [your choice of show]
Additional tickets will be on sale prior to the show and at the door.
