PHWD Families:
Listed below are the photo times for the week of May 5, 2008. All photos are taken at the dance studio.
Some of you will really be pushing it to get from school to photos. We UNDERSTAND. We are going to try to make every effort to run on time, but this is “one of those weeks” when we will need you to be prepared to stay a little longer if necessary.
If your photo time is scheduled for the time your class usually begins, YOU WILL WANT TO BE LITTLE EARLY TO CHANGE INTO YOUR COSTUME AND BE READY TO BE PHOTOGRAPHED AT THE TIME LISTED. We take individual & group photos. The photographer is independent of the studio; you complete an envelope for each photo you want to purchase; you include payment in the envelope; the dancer hands the envelope to the photographer’s assistant when entering. Please plan on being in the group photo for each of your classes so that we have your photo to hang in the lobby. You don’t have to purchase a photo to be in the picture.
Once photos are completed, you may have time to rehearse your dance in your costume. We will just have to see how much time is left. The PHWD instructors will be on site and will let you know when you are free to go or if you need to wait to rehearse the dance.
KEY POINTS:
- NEVER WEAR YOUR COSTUME TO/FROM ANY LOCATION
- CHANGE UPON ARRIVAL TO PHWD STUDIO
- PROPER HAIR, TIGHTS, SHOES
- MAKE-UP IS NOT NECESSARY
